However, this room style kept all its original charm with oak flooring, exposed stones, the arch of the old barn door and the exposed oak beams on the ceiling.

The spiral staircase leads down to the utility room and cellar and up to the bedrooms.

On the first floor, 3 bedrooms with parquet flooring, a large bathroom with shower and toilet, and a small study corner. This floor is well heated with its reflecting ceiling under a good insulation. The windows are double-glassed.

From the storage room where we can find water boiler heated with a sun thermo dynamic system and the air-thermal heating system, we can access one of the two storage rooms/ cellars under the guest house which has a direct access to the street. Easier to bring wood indoors via the hatch in the floor of the lounge.

A separate storage is situated on the left handside from the entrance. We can see a mezzanine where one of the two bedrooms is. The lounge is heated with a pellets stove.

The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, the second bedroom in on a mezzanine above the lounge. The parquet floorings are large pine boards, the insulated ceilings have old oak beams showing.

From the street, we can access both large cellars (34 m2 each), through separate doors.

This nicely renovated property offers comfort of a modern house with the charm of an old stone house.
