There are two plots of land:
the house is surrounded by its 2000m2 of land, on street side, a front garden facing south, to the back an enclosed private garden overlooking fields. In this garden a 'jeu de boules' field, a covered terrace, lawn and separate vegetable plot.
On the other side of the road an additional 4 000m2 of land with old wooden barn. This plot is wooded.
The holiday house is in the middle of this "longere" with barns on both sides.
On the ground floor large live in kitchen with new kitchen furniture and equipment. Then salon with nice floors and wooden beamed ceilings, with extra cocooning area to the back. Wood burners in both of these rooms.
Shower room and toilet.
On the first floor, three bedrooms under the eaves. Wash basin in the hallway of this floor. There is possibility to add a shower room with toilet on this floor.
