Going up towards the entrance, a few step above, the is a large landing arranged as a library, with two bedrooms, one on each side. The smaller bedroom is under the eaves and the larger one has a large bathroom opened, with a massaging area, cupboards and a separate WC. Above, a mezzanine used as dressing room.

In the garden, a large swimming pool with, to it side the pool house and the garden shed used to store the garden tools. Below, a wood shed and at the end of the garden a gate accessing the street below.
