When you enter the main house on the first floor, you come into a sunny living room to your left and an open dining room to your right. The charming living room is very bright as there are windows facing south west and north. As the house is one flight over the road, and is sitting on a hill above the church, the view is splendid. Two glass doors facing north lead you into the garden.
The open dining room gives onto a fully equipped modern kitchen with a window facing west. A staircase leads upstairs to a very large master bedroom with beamed ceiling and a bathroom with dressing room. Once again, the west facing view is beautiful.
Back on the first floor, to the right of the stairs you have a bathroom and the entrance to the next part of the house comprising of an open corridor with pantry/storage (which could be converted into a bed room) and a mezzanine accessed by stairs with yet again a beautiful view and lots of light facing west.
From this mezzanine used as an office space or as a bedroom, a door gives access to the living room of the secondary house used as a guest house or a rental. This has French beamed ceiling, open fire with wood insert and windows facing west and a light source coming from the veranda kitchen on the east side.
The veranda kitchen has access to a little courtyard.
From the living room, a set of stairs lead to a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with roof window and one with Velux on the third floor.
At road level, there are 2 cellars, one for each house.

The furthermost department of Burgundy, with Chalon sur Saone as its main city, and Macon as its capital. Loved because of its Rivers and canals and the many cycle routes along them. A wide variety of landscpapes: The fertile Bresse plain to the east, the wine hills in the middle, and rolling country side with charollais cows to the west.
