The owner living rooms is very cosy with a fire place with wood burner, beams and original tiled floors. The kitchen is connected to the living room and is functional and modern. Off the kitchen is the guest dining room with double height ceiling and wood burner. On the ground floor furthermore, the good-sized owner’s bedroom and a shower room with toilet and sink. From the kitchen access to a cellar.

A staircase from the entrance leads to the first floor and mezzanine with a sitting area for the guests. From the mezzanine access to the three guest rooms with their own shower rooms.

The family suite can be reached from the outside with its own entrance and balcony. It consists of a bedroom with sitting area and a second room with three beds. The suite has a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. Ideal for a family (it sleeps 5).

One level down is the apartment, also with its own access. It consists of a living room with open kitchen and to double bedrooms and a shower room. (it sleeps 4/5). The apartment has its own garden.

This cosy farm house is in a very good condition with good insulation. The house has double glazing, central heating on gas in the owner’s area and electric heating in the other areas. This farm is comfortable the whole year and can receive guests the whole year as well.

Good location close to the A39 highway which attracts most of the clients. Lovely surroundings, only 20 minutes from the Jura mountains. Ideal family house or business.
