One level down is the apartment, also with its own access. It consists of a living room with open kitchen and to double bedrooms and a shower room. (it sleeps 4/5). The apartment has its own garden.
This cosy farm house is in a very good condition with good insulation. The house has double glazing, central heating on gas in the owner’s area and electric heating in the other areas. This farm is comfortable the whole year and can receive guests the whole year as well.
Good location close to the A39 highway which attracts most of the clients. Lovely surroundings, only 20 minutes from the Jura mountains. Ideal family house or business.
