Very near to Couches castle village, and just 30 minutes to Beaune the capital of the burgundy vineyards. Still in its own haven of peace, surrounded by rolling country hills with Charolaise cows. The house been extended and renovated in 2008. Roof and structure are in good condition. Drainage is independent, but conforming to the new strict local rules. There is a well in the garden. Heating is via individual electric units, but most is done via the efficient wood burners.

Shopping and restaurant in couches at just 5 minutes drive, TGV station at 15 minutes with 1h20 minute connection to Paris.
